I am pleased to be able to announce that I have selected a new Commanding Officer for the Strategic & Tactical Command Division. Without a doubt, this person is the most qualified man for the job. He has served as Allegiance Wing CO and as Redemption Fleet CO in the past. The new STC CO is none other than Rear Admiral Kyle Tobarn.

Kyle's been conjuring up all sorts of ideas for the STC, and I know he'll be great for the division. Congratulations Kyle, it's good to have you back in a command position in the RF!
